KING, Stephen Charles:

Steve passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday 15th July 2024, aged 71 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret (nee Smith).  Much loved father and father-in-law of Hadleigh and Jess King, Natalie and Colin Keane. Most amazing Grandad to Paige, Ella, and Tilly King; and Cathal, and Eireann* Keane.  Loved son of the late Charles and Irene King. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jan and John Jennings, John and Pam King, Sally King, and John and Debbie Smith and their families.  Cherished nephew of his aunts and uncles. Steve’s farewell will be held at the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Friday, 19th July at 2:00pm, followed by a private cremation. Messages to 21 Thomson Street, Invercargill 9810. In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago/Southland Rescue Helicopter Trust. Special thanks to the ICU Dunedin, the wound clinic and district nurses in Invercargill for your special care of Steve.
