MATHESON, Bruce Donald

Peacefully at Southland Hospital on Monday 10 February 2025; aged 84 years.  Dearly loved husband of June for a wonderful 62 years.  Much loved father and father-in-law of Robyn (Christchurch), and Gillian and Scott Smith.  Loved and cherished grandad of Kate, and Bradley Stiven (Christchurch), Sophie, and Nina Smith.  A loved brother and brother-in-law of Alan* and Annette*, Roy*, and Ruth, and Margaret and Garey Wernham.  Brother-in-law of Vivienne Graham, and Ian* and Diane Graham.  A loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.  A celebration of Bruce’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Friday 14 February at 1.30pm.  You are invited to view the service via livestream, by visiting the Avenal Park website and clicking the link on Bruce’s obituary page.  Messages to: 96 Hoffman Court, Waikiwi, Invercargill 9810.
