COOPER, Athol Andrew:

Peacefully at Southland Hospital, on Thursday 14 September 2023, aged 76 years. Dearly loved husband of Annette. Loved stepdad to Aaron, and Tony Newman. Much loved grandad of Rakarna, and twins, Rhiannon, and Braedon. Brother and brother-in-law of Alan and Glenys Cooper, Anne and Robbie Jones, Ronald* Cooper, and Adrian Lillicrapp. Loved son of Dorrie* and Andy* Cooper. Special uncle to all his nieces and nephews.  Missed by his special mate, Maddy.  A service to celebrate Athol's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Tuesday, September 19, at 2.00pm; the service will conclude with the interment at the Eastern Cemetery.
